The hardest thing that one will ever have to fathom in life is choice. In its simplistic form one would never question their capabilities to choose nor the capacity of its correlation to our capricious decisions. Yet, there’s always a blind perception to the things we cherish most. These misconceptions changes the way we look and define choice which can be easily misconstrued upon the laws of power which bears many motives and masks. I’m sure many feel dissonance upon this theory that choice is not in our hands as one thinks but rather in the hands of those who have power over us and our easily influenced minds. Therefore the question that is deduce is why are we afraid to choose. The simplest things can be our heaviest burden. We try to decipher the minds of the wicked only to find that we are truly wicked ourselves. Seldom do we face the person who stands within our reflection. Rather we hide behind the mind as the body routinely moves in content. Slowly succumbing to the cycle of life. You see we are all just empty shells of our former selves. Hollowed by the state of our own dubious humanity. And serenity…it was our…inevitable curse. How provocative and poetically sadistic to say that serenity is a curse…you might think. Peace…makes us stagnant and weak. It is a privilege that man is not ready to bear. For man cannot comprehend or fathom the idea of peace without accepting the equality of equity and culture. Only in chaos do man grasp the feeling called enlightenment. For bloodshed bring more than mere bloodshed. It brings a new perspective of perception never once deferred through the laws of power which undoubtedly runs the world. It is in this circumstance that pain is more essential than serenity itself. For pain itself has become…revolutionary.
